Refund & Cancellation Policy — Lechonk Hits

Pre-Order Guarantee

We stand behind every pre-order — if you lock it in, you’ll get it. Payments are charged at checkout.  In rare cases where a manufacturer or distributor cancels or reduces allocations, we’ll work with you to find the best possible resolution. Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing. Cancellations — 10% Fee (No Exceptions)  Once an order is placed, several fulfillment steps begin immediately. All cancellations are subject to a 10% fee to cover payment processing, platform, and fulfillment costs already incurred. This helps us keep prices fair and operations sustainable. No cancellations are allowed once a shipping label has been created.

Other Policies

Refused Packages: Refused shipments incur a 15% restock fee.

Missing Items: Must be reported within 2 days of delivery with photos of the box and contents.

No Returns on TCG Products: To ensure authenticity and product integrity, all Pokémon and sealed TCG items are final sale.

Packaging Damage: Minor dents or scuffs on boxes or shrink wrap are normal and not eligible for return.

Livestream Orders: If purchased when we’re not live, items may ship sealed.
